What Cost Do it!
Coaching and Personal Programme Writing for Coastal Challenge.

Be paired up with one of our experienced coaches who will meet with you, write your training programme and guide you through the build up to your chosen event and distance. Your programme will be designed and structured specifically around your level and your goals.
8-10 week training block

Mountain Biking Skills Clinic - MORE POWER, LESS EFFORT

Before you take the start line at Colville Connection or The Dual, take advantage of this 120min pre-race workshop and learn three techniques, which you can immediately put into practice to improve your race-day performance and delay the onset of fatigue. Your coach will also make sure your bike seat height and position are correct for you.

Personal Trainer and Running Coach.
Claire's 100% attention to her clients' needs sees her working with a lot of runners in post-injury strengthening, those wanting to improve the way running feels and gain the results they want to achieve.

She tailors programmes at a level to encourage and challenge, allowing the runner to progress steadily and safely with a decreased chance of injury.

Claire has a real passion for facilitating that 'Eureka!' moment in runners and her attention to form means her sessions are so much more than just a group run.

Also known as 'Mr. Pain' by his longstanding clients, Greg's infectious passion for all sports and fitness inspires us all and is the vision behind bioSPORT®.

Greg is known for his huge success in teaching people how to understand the biomechanics of their bodies better so they can leverage them to achieve new goals.

Greg loves working with athletes of all abilities, from elite Coast to Coast Winner Gordon Walker, the Parnell Swim Team, Black Grace dancers through to coaching a large number of clients into their first triathlons and running races.

James Kuegler:
Athlete, Coach, Chiropractic Student

James is one of New Zealand's top endurance athletes. His performances range from winning The Dual Marathon, to finishing second at the Two-Day Coast to Coast.

James views Chiropractic as an indispensible part of getting to the top of your game and staying there. He is looking forward to being able offer his service as a Chiropractic Intern in 2011.

Kügs, as he is known by friends, is able to call on his experiences and what he has learnt through his studies to get the best out of the athletes that he coaches.
