| Been running off-road for a while now, but want to upskill? Learn how to deal with challenging terrain, improve your stability and agility and stay upright. We will also spend some time going through some key strength exercises that will help you increase your stability. |
| Learn how to ascend efficiently and with good running posture, how to descend with confidence and stability, how to conserve energy, know when to run vs when to walk and why. |
