Skills Sessions for Trail Running and Mountain Biking |

| Regretfully, due to a recent decline in numbers attending the regular calendar sessions for these groups we have now made a change to the format. We are now offering these sessions privately to those who have a group of 8 or more people.
These are the sessions we offer:
Beginner's Guide to Off Road (running)
Beat the Hills (running)
Geta Beta Grip (running)
ABCs for MTBs
MTB More Power, Less Effort
MTB Skills for Hills
These 1 1/2 to 2 hour sessions are excellent value. Learn simple yet effective techniques and tools. We guarantee you will see immediate improvement in your trail running and biking, going hand in hand with greater confidence and performance.
