The Molenberg SUB Stride or Ride Series is a series of events tailor-made just for women. Sarah Ulmer and her team at SUB are all about trying to help women just like you to rip into or maintain their fitness. From total beginners, to those already competing, we're dead keen to give you a reason to get cracking!

The series is for every Kiwi girl and women. Whatever your age, fitness (or lack of), grab your mum, sis, workmates or friends, and come join us for a great day of striding or riding around the country.

The Land Rover Tussock Traverse is an event that's been around for a few years, and offers keen off-road / trail runners and walkers one of the most scenic and varied event courses in the country.

The 27km course cuts across the heart of the World Heritage Tongariro National Park, starting from Tukino Road off the Desert Road and taking in the Rangipo Desert and Waihohonu traverse track before finishing at the Chateau Tongariro in Whakapapa.

There's a mixture of rock hopping, lava field, desert, alpine track (the views are amazing), and beech forest before you finish beside the Chateau Tongariro in Whakapapa for a well earned rest.
